Low-overwhelm, calm and structured Notion templates for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD students to create an academic system that feels supportive and light.
A student trying to organize and manage her life with Notion, now sharing her templates with the world.
I’m an autistic university student from Switzerland, and for a long time I struggled with managing courses, assignments, deadlines, everyday tasks, and my own needs all at once. It often felt like the usual productivity systems expected me to simply “try harder”, when what I actually needed was more clarity, gentler structure, and space for accommodations. That is why I started building Notion templates.
My first template is an academic support system designed especially with autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD students in mind. It helps you organize your courses, assignments, deadlines, and study tasks — but it also gives you space to understand your own needs, plan accommodations, prepare for difficult days, and reduce overwhelm before everything piles up. I especially wanted to support two moments that can be really hard for neurodivergent students: transitioning from one task to another, and starting a task when everything already feels like too much.
The goal was never to create another intense productivity dashboard. I wanted to build something calm, low-overwhelm, and supportive — a system that helps you know what matters next, while still respecting your energy, sensory needs, and real life.
An academic system that manages your assignments, deadlines and tasks but also supports your needs. It provides you with a calm and structured surrounding even on hard days where everything feels like too much.

From the dashboard, you can access all other pages of the template while you already see your most important tasks and assignments.

The template contains an overview over accommodations and important contacts that you need to remember. This is a space for you to fill out what helps you and it can serve as a storage and reminder for hard days.

The template provides you with a daily overview, which you can change into "Low-Capacity Mode" for days that feel overwhelming. This way, you can still see what you should do, but also, that it is important to listen to yourself and let yourself rest.

For many neurodivergent people including me, routines are the most important aspect to maintain a healthy life as a student. Therefore, the template offers a page where you can fill in all the routines most important to you, and you can always access them whenever necessary.
For people who need more than a template.
My templates are built for common workflows. But sometimes your system needs to match your exact life, study structure, business, or creative process. In that case, I can help you design a custom Notion workspace from scratch or adapt one of my existing templates to fit you better.
